Stationary nozzles are very robust. Since they do not rotate, they require very little maintenance. In contrast to the static spray balls commonly available on the market, which tend to achieve more of a rinsing effect due to their low impact force and selective full jets, BETE’s static cleaning nozzles impress with both high impact and high rinsing power. The patented HydroClaw® is characterized by a more even distribution of impact points. Due to its large cross-section, used and therefore contaminated water can be used for several flushing cycles. In this way, the HydroClaw® is extremely resourceand cost-efficient.
BETE rotary nozzles are driven by the cleaning fluid itself. As soon as the spray head comes into contact with the fluid, it begins to rotate. Rotary cleaners have special milled grooves that allow them to spray the entire container walls in a fanlike pattern. The rapid recirculation loosens moderate contamination in a short time. The water running down the container walls also contributes to the cleaning effect and can successfully reach any areas that may have been missed by the spray.
In BETE target jet cleaners, the cleaning medium drives a gear via a turbine wheel, which causes the spray head to rotate around two axes. The nozzles mounted on the spray head produce full jets with a very high impact. Within a defined cleaning cycle, the spray jets move axially and radially in an orbital spray pattern along the container walls. This makes them ideal for very stubborn contaminants and caking.
