BETE hollow cone nozzles offer high efficiency wherever very uniform, fine, ring-shaped drops are involved, e.g. in cooling and cleaning gases, in absorption processes, in dust control and humidification of goods, in air humidification and atomization. The special design causes targeted turbulence of the liquid.
As a rule, the liquid flows tangentially into the swirl chamber. There the liquid is set in rotation and a film of liquid is created which breaks down into individual drops immediately after the nozzle opening. The exception is the axial hollow cone nozzles, in which the liquid flows axially into the swirl chamber and is set in rotation by a special swirl insert.
