Dust suppression

The BETE PZ nozzle series has been specially developed to ensure maximum efficiency in dust suppression. The modular design of the series enables you to find the optimum PZ combination for a wide range of applications.

Maintenance and wear

The BETE nozzle system was developed to eliminate high maintenance costs. All nozzle components can be replaced individually (e.g. only the nozzle, the ejector cap or the seal)

Adjustable (water + air consumption)

The PZ nozzle can be adapted to any condition by adjusting the pressures. Depending on the application or external conditions, an optimum operating point can be found for the nozzle.

Adjustable (alignment)

The compact design of the PZ series guarantees that it can be used directly where the dust is generated. This enables low consumption of air and water and helps to bind the dust directly where it is generated.

Easy to maintain

All components of the PZ nozzle can be assembled and disassembled quickly and easily without special tools. There is no need for time-consuming maintenance work.

Installation

The PZ nozzle can be used individually in an adapter or in specially designed multiple frames (depending on the application).
