Cleaning can take up to 60 minutes and requires several cycles, bringing production to a standstill. BETE has developed a soluKon that involves the use of target jet cleaners with highly focused full jets and allows for both fixed and mobile installaKons.
BETE offers precision full-jet nozzles, such as the HydroWhirl Orbitor, which are ideal for cleaning containers up to 40 m in diameter. Our targeted jet cleaners have proven themselves in pracKce, especially when it comes to stubborn vein cleaning. For smaller containers such as yeast tanks and whirlpools, we recommend our HydroWhirl Orbitor 100, which also fits easily through DN100 connecKons. The nozzles are mounted directly on the ceiling and produce a 180° jet that is directed specifically at the inner surfaces. The use of these targeted jet cleaners enables complete automaKon of the cleaning process without the need for employees to be inside the tank. Cleaning takes about 60 minutes and requires fewer cycles, resulKng in significant savings in Kme, water, and chemicals. The systems are flexible in use and easy to maintain.
